🔧 Installation Requirements – Please Read
- We need something to tie or attach the arch to—no drilling or nails from us.
- For brick, cement, or metal walls, please ensure existing hooks or nails are in place.
- On taped/painted walls, we’ll test a small area first; if paint starts peeling, we’ll stop to avoid damage. We aren’t responsible for paint issues.
- Outdoor setups: need to be tied to solid structures like fences or railings. We cannot install in high winds, rain, or heat unless the area is covered.
- Frame rental: If there’s no suitable place to attach, a frame may be needed (extra cost $150min).
- Please ensure a clear path for setup—stairs or ladders? Let us know ahead!
- Balloon care: Indoors is best for longevity; outdoors, balloons may fade or pop faster — this is normal.
